About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team at J Mark Burton - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and implement office policies and goals, while continually looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Train, coach, and assist agency Team Members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Assist with customer interactions on complex issues, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Several years of proven success in a local, community insurance agency.
  • State Farm experience is not required, but greatly preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Ability to work in and manage a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively train, coach, and assist Team Members, multiplying your skills and success by helping Team Members to grow in theirs.
