Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team, providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to our mission of improving mental healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in one or more US states
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
