About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager at Farmers District Office - DFW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process customer policy change requests and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Secure all necessary documents from clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming claim calls and follow up with clients to resolve issues.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Document each customer contact in our CRM system.
  • Take premium payments from clients and provide clear explanations of payment options.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license required.
  • Ability to create relationships from a cold start.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
