Job Summary

Requirements

  • Must be ServSafe certified.
  • Technology skills, including POS back office, MS Word, Excel, and scanning.
  • Proficient in restaurant functions, including food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated 2+ years fast food restaurant General Manager experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands.
  • Must be able to maintain balance to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
