This role involves managing multiple client sites, ensuring that our housekeeping operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

As the operations manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, collaborating closely with the Infection Control department.


Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client and patient satisfaction scores;
- Collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
- Manage the Unit Operating System effectively;
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have experience in leading and managing teams, motivating them to exceed client expectations;
- Preferably possess a background in driving customer service and satisfaction in a healthcare setting;
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to ensure program compliance;
- Can analyze data and communicate effectively across all organizational levels;
- Have experience managing projects within set timelines;
- Are results-oriented and safety-conscious;
- Possess in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
- Have experience with vendor management and contract negotiations;
- Are familiar with improving patient satisfaction and compliance with relevant standards;
- Hold 3-5 years of management experience in custodial or similar roles, preferably in healthcare;
- Have strong financial acumen and budget management skills;
- Are proficient with technology and can manage multiple priorities;
- Are available to work varied hours during the week.

Qualifications:
- Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
