Position: Production Associate

Location: Lima, OH

Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour (+$2 per hour shift premium)

Sector: Industrial Manufacturing

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm, with overtime on Saturdays from 5am – 1pm.

Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am, with overtime on Fridays from 5pm – 1am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize machinery and tools effectively to support the production of goods.
  • Engage in various physically demanding tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations within the production area.
  • Handle and transport materials of varying weights throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Inspect tools and machinery in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Capability to lift weights ranging from 55lbs to 100lbs consistently during the shift.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster effective working relationships.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance is essential.
