We are looking for a dedicated Professional Tutor to provide assistance to students in various academic subjects.

This position is part-time and compensated on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in the holistic academic and personal development of participants.
- Deliver subject-specific knowledge to enhance students' comprehension of essential concepts and boost their academic success.
- Uphold program regulations and guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with the Tutoring Coordinator to execute established policies and procedures.
- Assist students with material previously discussed in their classes.
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum grade of A or B+ in the pertinent subject area.
- A GPA of 3.25 or above.
- Previous tutoring experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and demonstrate sensitivity to their needs.
- Exhibit a high degree of flexibility and dedication to supporting first-generation, under-resourced, college-bound students.
- Show professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm to foster student achievement.
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and academic qualifications.
A background check will be necessary for the selected candidate.
