We are in search of a seasoned Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our Service Division. Our technicians collaborate with commercial and industrial clients, delivering preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment replacements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain various medium and low-temperature commercial refrigeration systems; perform tasks related to these systems, including soldering and brazing copper pipes and working with live voltages up to 600 volts.
- Effectively utilize trade tools and work in confined spaces or at heights as required.
- Assess situations and take appropriate corrective actions, acting as a trusted advisor to recommend necessary repairs and upgrades to clients.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers, fellow technicians, account managers, service coordinators, and field supervisors.
- Keep the company-provided service vehicle clean, organized, and mechanically sound.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, with EPA Universal certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Strong knowledge of proper refrigerant practices, electrical schematics, and control circuit troubleshooting.
- Experience with HVAC or hydronics is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must provide personal basic hand tools.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
