Job Overview

TopLine Heating & Air is seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full HVAC installation skills, including equipment removal and installation, duct repair and replacement, soldering, and refrigerant leak detection.
  • Work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work and adherence to codes.
  • Diagnose HVAC systems and provide basic troubleshooting.
  • Review equipment operation modes with customers and provide training on system features.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • EPA universal certification (preferred).
  • Completed specialized courses in commercial HVAC practices and strong working knowledge of codes and safety measures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs or more and climb ladders.

Compensation:

  • Pay range: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
