KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts data entry and administrative duties pertinent to sales and service at Renewal by Andersen retail outlets.
Handles incoming calls, assesses the nature of inquiries, and directs individuals to the suitable resources.
Organizes, categorizes, and files correspondence, forms, records, reports, and other documents according to established filing systems.
Retrieves specific data from records and files.
Records entries in accounting books, ledgers, or other tracking logs.
Performs routine typing or word processing tasks, including lists, envelopes, and standard letters.
Coordinates mailing, copying, and other administrative projects.
Maintains inventory levels of supplies and promotional materials.

Operates under regular supervision, adhering to well-defined instructions and procedures, while exercising some judgment in application.

Participates as a member of departmental project teams and may handle routine special orders or requests.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of RbA products/services, clientele, delivery partners, technical and business tools, and departmental functions/KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Basic skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to foster and establish positive interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrates capacity to collaborate and contribute within a team setting.
Exhibits good phone etiquette and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, based on various factors including work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications.
