Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: North America

Role Overview:

  • Lead a team of up to 15 personnel in the Maintenance department
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities and machinery for peak production efficiency
  • Oversee preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime
  • Engage in the training and development of staff members
  • Assist engineering teams with scheduling and managing equipment inventory
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on strategies for improvement
  • Foster open communication and prompt resolution of equipment issues
  • Maintain detailed engineering documentation for quality assurance purposes
  • Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree coupled with five years of experience in bakery maintenance
  • Proficiency in interpreting production schedules and safety protocols
