Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-volume store location, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase store sales and profitability
  • Manage store operations, including merchandise, customer service, and human resources
  • Lead and motivate a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure a high-performing team
  • Focus on loss prevention and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
Requirements:
  • Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
