Lead a High-Performing Team at TJ Maxx

As a Store Manager at TJ Maxx, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on merchandising, operations, and customer service, you will be the driving force behind the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Lead and manage a team of Associates and Assistant Managers to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with district and regional teams to share best practices and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume store environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
