We are seeking a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in the design and implementation of systems within various sectors, including Commercial and Military Fuel Systems, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, and Industrial Applications.
- Expertise in fuel receipt, storage, and distribution infrastructures
- Design and optimization of fuel distribution pumping and piping networks
- Development of pipeline and transport truck fuel receipt mechanisms
- Management of fuel storage tank systems
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards such as ATA 103, API 610, 650, 653, ASME B31.3 and B31.4, NFPA 30, and NFPA 11
- Proficient in creating P&IDs and mechanical system control configurations
- Layout design for equipment pads and valve manifolds
- Hydraulic modeling of piping systems
- Stress analysis for piping systems
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with plant design software (Plant 3D) is advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation is preferred, with experience in consulting firms or construction contractors.
- Ability to handle complex projects utilizing advanced methodologies, leading to the innovation of processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Experience in developing and assessing plans for significant projects.
- Capable of coordinating project studies, reports, or design tasks within departments or divisions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
- Engage regularly with clients and external stakeholders, including some marketing duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
