Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and track consignments. The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and ensure the accuracy of data entry
  • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices and invoices to packing slips
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands: The Accounts Payable Clerk may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions: The Accounts Payable Clerk will work in an office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends.
