Job Title: Aged Care Specialist
Location: Perth Northern Suburbs, Western Australia

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Right At Home as an Aged Care Specialist in our Perth Northern Suburbs branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic care focused on improving the quality of life for our clients
* Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client
* Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Community Services
* Current National Police Clearance
* First Aid and CPR qualifications
* Manual handling certificate
* Relevant immunisations for working in WA health
* Driver's licence and own car

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
