Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment, including heavy production machinery, vehicles, and manufacturing equipment.
- Team Management: Train and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Manage mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform general office and manufacturing maintenance tasks, including lubrication and oil changes, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Repair and Replacement: Repair and replace bearings, gearheads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, and other mechanical components as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations and cost-saving measures as required, while maintaining high quality and a focus on Environment, Health, and Safety.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of spare parts inventory to ensure that all necessary parts are available when needed.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including basic vehicle maintenance and fabrication of parts for repair of existing equipment and installation of new equipment.
