Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric ROBS expert to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with new and existing entrepreneurs to guide them through the rollover process, from entity formation to funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct clients through all steps of the rollover process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs.
- Generate accurate and detailed legal documents.
- Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide client process updates.
- Understand and assist clients with bank account setup.
- Explain company products and services to clients.
Additional Functions
- Contribute to department and team projects.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Must be 18 years of age.
- 1-2 years of customer relations experience required.
