About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Therapist to join our dynamic team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our Child and Family Team, you will play a vital role in providing wraparound services to children and youth at risk of out-of-home placements.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly meet with clients and caregivers to further treatment goals using culturally informed and best practice modalities.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for care planning and support.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers, as needed.
  • Complete assessment and evaluation processes to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues and casework.
  • Chart mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain availability for crisis intervention services, including on-call rotation.
  • Comply with child abuse reporting and Medicaid/Medi-Cal requirements.
  • Commit to and engage in self-evaluation and organizational goals regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed therapist.
  • Bilingual Spanish skill set required.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.

  • Starting salary: $81,360 - $95,360 per year.
  • Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for new employees.
  • Salary increases each year.
