The Learn to Lead Manager Development Program is designed to prepare individuals for a successful career path in retail management by emphasizing leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-focused approach. You will be trained to manage daily store operations, lead and manage teams to meet customer expectations, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers positively and enthusiastically, identifying needs, and selling car wash services and memberships
  • Manage daily store operations, including coordinating daily production, staffing stores based on forecasted business needs, and ensuring stores are opened and staffed correctly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
  • Lead, manage, and supervise employees, providing daily direction and coaching to enhance performance and employee satisfaction
  • Complete regular audits and ensure stores meet appearance and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Current and valid drivers' license
  • Associate's degree or above (or current college senior) or at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, professional sales, or military leadership
  • Available to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • At least 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Driving vehicles and reaching above and below shoulder level
  • Sustaining consistent physical effort and maintaining a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances

Salary: Target Compensation: $50,000 year one, $55,833 year two, $61,167 year three, paid per hour with the opportunity to earn more with additional hours worked.
