Job Description
As a speech therapist with Residential Home Health and Hospice, you will play a vital role in our care team. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your expertise and dedication will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. You must also be licensed and certified as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is required, as well as a commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting. Self-management skills are essential for this position.
