Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the billing process and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.



Key Responsibilities

  2. Audit charts and review systems to ensure accurate billing and maximum reimbursement;
  3. Provide staff education on billing processes and procedures;
  4. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase revenue;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes;


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio or current multi-state RN licensure recognized by the State of Ohio;
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting;
  • Knowledge of the billing process and ability to analyze data;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
