**Job Summary:**
Trajectory RCS, LLC is seeking an experienced ASC Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our dynamic team of revenue cycle specialists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue cycle operations for our ambulatory surgery center clients.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of revenue cycle specialists dedicated to enhancing the financial success of ambulatory surgery center clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance performance metrics related to revenue cycle, such as billing efficiency, denial management, and revenue optimization.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Trajectory RCS and clients, maintaining regular communication to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, and tailor revenue cycle solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years' progressive revenue cycle experience and two years management experience, with a minimum of three to five years of experience working with ASC revenue cycle billing and coding within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, with a demonstrated ability to ensure adherence across operational processes.
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance metrics and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions to drive operational efficiency.
Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
