The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $500,000, based on performance and experience. This figure includes a competitive base salary and a lucrative commission structure.



Job Description


This General Manager role is responsible for leading and directing sales and marketing strategies at one of our 12 locations throughout Texas. Key responsibilities include:



  • Creating and maintaining a high-energy selling culture
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Improving revenue performance and market share growth
  • Focusing on team development and alignment with company goals


Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in new home sales management or 3+ years in the manufactured home industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive and creative strategies to increase traffic and sales
  • A proven track record of success in managing sales and operations teams
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (optional)
