About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Preschool Housekeeper at Primrose School. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our children and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Maintenance: Ensure that all classrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Laundry and Supply Management: Manage the laundry, replenish paper towel rolls, toilet paper, soap, and other essential supplies in all classrooms and common areas.
  • Support in Classrooms: Assist teachers and staff with various tasks, such as preparing materials, setting up activities, and supervising children during transitions.
  • Cooking and Food Service: Fill in as needed when the school cook is absent, preparing healthy meals and snacks for our children.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cleaning offices or other comparable work spaces.
  • Skills: Energetic, enthusiastic, and caring individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Ability to relate positively with co-workers and maintain confidentiality.
