Job Title: Training Assistant Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Training Assistant Professional.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with instructors to provide administrative support for training programs. As a Training Assistant Professional, you will play a key part in promoting the CET mission and contributing to the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist instructors in the classroom with small group and individual training sessions.
  • Collaborate with instructors to address individual student needs and develop effective teaching methods.
  • Prepare written materials and handouts that meet established standards.
  • Maintain good organization and adhere to safety standards in the classroom/work station/lab environment.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of industry experience, education, and training in current practices of the subject area.
  • Experience working with diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Ability to learn and implement department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desired based on school location.
Working Conditions

This role may require occasional overnight travel for staff development trainings. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 and $45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
