Job Overview

Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Global Training and Compliance Process Specialist to join our team. This hybrid position is located in Branchburg, NJ and is ideal for local candidates.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Q&R Compliance Training Chapter, responsible for developing and implementing training processes for approximately 30,000 employees across the organization. You will work closely with the Network Leads, Sub Chapter Leads, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training that meets the needs of the Global Q&R Organization.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a relevant field and at least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management, specifically in training or learning within a regulated industry. They should possess knowledge of regulated Quality Management Systems, including GxP, and a strong understanding of adult learning and training principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain training matrices for Q&R
* Coordinate with Learning Experts to create and update training matrices
* Manage learning requests via email, Service Now, and Cornerstone
* Partner with the Shared Service Center (GLS) for Training
* Support innovative concepts to ensure effective training across the Global Q&R Organization

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Requirements:
* Associate's degree in sciences, engineering, education, business, or technical discipline
* At least 1-2 years of Quality Management experience in training or learning in a regulated industry
* Knowledge of regulated Quality Management Systems, including GxP
* Strong understanding of adult learning and training principles
* Proficient in English language and additional languages (based on geographical location)
* Ability to navigate a changing organization and maintain objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, fairness, open communication, and consensus building skills
