Key Responsibilities:
The Pre-Sales Dealer Enablement Trainer will spearhead the creation and implementation of training materials and programs designed to support pre-sales education for dealers within our Civil Construction range, encompassing both on-site and office software solutions.
- Educate and empower our sales teams, both internal and external, on effectively presenting our Civil Construction products, articulating the value propositions, and addressing contractor challenges during sales demonstrations.
- Develop and distribute training content through various platforms, including e-learning modules, virtual training sessions, and in-person workshops.
- Collaborate closely with the business to grasp product messaging, customer value propositions, and operational workflows, transforming these insights into educational content while coordinating with the Post Sales Dealer Training team as necessary.
- Gather and relay structured feedback from sales personnel to the marketing department to inform product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge of the civil construction industry, including target markets and customer needs.
- In-depth understanding of Trimble's offerings for civil construction contractors, with a strong grasp of customer pain points and essential workflows.
- Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies for sales personnel versus post-sales customer training.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear structures.
- Proficiency with technology for training delivery, including e-learning platforms and video conferencing tools.
