New Construction Sales Consultant

About the Role:
- Sales and Client Engagement: Build strong partnerships with general contractors, builders, and architects to drive sales growth.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our company's expertise and value proposition.
- Sales Management: Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Product & Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies in the custom residential construction industry.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a structured sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Highly detailed mindset for understanding complex solutions.
- Comfort in navigating challenging client situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.
- Aptitude for working with technology, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Proficient in file management and cloud-based storage.
- Proper written communication: ability to write effective, professional emails.
- Developed touch typing skills.
- Ability to modify and markup PDF documents.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to deadlines.
