Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at EPITEC. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments of our establishment according to production schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Compile reports on inventory levels, costs, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Execute operational duties and support regional business expansion by communicating with internal and external partners.
- Order management, including site management, optimization, DO creation, and shipment monitoring.
- Inventory feed, stock out recovery, assortment management, and in-stock reporting.
- Support the call center by sending daily supply ETAs and preparing weekly stock balancing requests.
- Communicate product supply to the Sales Team and Order Management.
- Identify and resolve complex customer order issues/problems in conjunction with Sales and Order Management.
- Reporting and root cause analysis.
- Daily interaction regarding product availability, allocation, and transition planning.
- Proactively identify and challenge activities that will detract from planned objectives.
- Maintain a high-efficiency workflow process.
- Process innovation and creative thinking.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Collect, document, and manage information pertaining to accounts, including order rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, and ETA information.
- Work with logistics planners to address outbound logistics issues and service expectations account-specific.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or 3-5 years' work experience in a relevant field.
- Solid experience in a forecasting/allocation environment preferred, or strong experience in logistics or operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competency in SAP Systems.
