Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Seasonal Workforce Housing Coordinator to join our team at Palisades Tahoe. As a key member of our housing operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of Employee Housing, including utility accounts, rent collection, and data entry. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and assist employees with their housing-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain utility accounts for off-site properties.
  • Collect and organize rent payments from tenants, as well as manage license agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, tenants, and management through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Process employee housing applications, perform reference and background checks, and inform applicants of approvals or denials.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, as well as day-to-day operations in employee housing units.
  • Complete move-in, move-out, and biweekly inspections, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding rent collection, apartment inspections, and facility maintenance.
  • Support the Housing Manager with community outreach, researching off-site housing opportunities, and securing resources.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, shredding, office organization, and data entry.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, student or employee housing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
