Residential Program Manager

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled Residential Administrator to provide daily managerial oversight of The Guest House in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the program, ensuring a professional relationship with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services.
The Residential Administrator will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports. They will also supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring adequate client supervision and support.
This is a full-time, day shift position with a competitive salary range of $6,000 - $7,000 per month, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily managerial oversight of The Guest House
- Maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Ensure adequate client supervision and support
- Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies
Requirements:
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Prior work experience as a Residential Administrator or Assistant Administrator within ColumbiaCare Services
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, talking, listening, and using hands and fingers
- Occasional walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, squatting/kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds
