Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement. You will be responsible for performing Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check and meet the physical requirements of the position, which include frequent talking, listening, and physical activity.
What We OfferColumbiaCare Services offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $87,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
