Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at David Shin - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services, developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to clients, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients

  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations
