About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to lead our team as Clinic Director at SERC Physical Therapy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align clinic goals with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive business performance

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals
