About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team. As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for managing high-profile and complex projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all aspects of end-to-end project delivery
  • Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and goals
  • Translate business scope and objectives into an overall project plan
  • Execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client organizations to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope
  • Manage project budgets, implement financial management processes, and develop mitigation strategies for risks and issues
  • Advise clients on the best course of action while considering cost, effort, risk, and potential outcomes
  • Plan and coordinate all commercial and monetary aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting through analysis of project costs and monitoring and controlling budget and expenses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or similar
  • CAPM, PMP, Prince, or similar Project Manager certification
  • 3+ years of project management experience in delivering software implementations, leading 200+ days projects successfully
  • Experience project managing software implementations, specifically in the FinTech or Capital Markets domain
  • Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles
  • Commercial project management experience, including budgeting through analysis of project costs
