Job Title: Project Manager

Knight Const. & Supply, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects and associated documentation from proposal stage to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure projects meet client needs and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project-specific work plans
  • Prepare and manage required documentation, including submittals, bid packages, contracts, invoices, and change orders
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress and resolve conflicts
  • Review and approve subcontractor work and change orders
  • Coordinate project schedules and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct on-site meetings and attend completion inspections
  • Work within the company's vision, mission, and values
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other construction software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of heavy industrial construction materials, processes, and equipment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
