Key Responsibilities

  • Revise and enhance our Strategic Plan for the Highway Sector

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with over 15 years of relevant experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Background in the Highway planning/design/construction industry
  • Strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Proven track record in business growth and development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Federal procurement, design, and construction processes
  • Familiarity with Design-Build and alternative delivery methods

Work Environment
