Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of freight and information movement to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
  • Track and trace shipment files daily
  • Scan and validate documents
  • Communicate with customers and service providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, communicate clearly, and concisely
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent in English
