As a Yard Switcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating a variety of equipment, including switchers and other vehicles
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
  • Assisting with loading and unloading cargo

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $22.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
  • $0.75 shift premium for third shift
  • Wage progression every year for 4 years, bringing switchers to $28.25/hour
  • Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits
  • PAID days off and holidays

Requirements include:

  • CDL A is a plus but not required
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
