Key Responsibilities
  • Smartsheet Administration: Manage and maintain Smartsheet projects, workflows, and automations to ensure seamless project execution and data management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to refine processes and improve efficiency through the use of technology and elimination of non-value-added activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues and problems throughout the project life cycle, and provide recommendations to management to improve processes and Smartsheet administration.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of related experience in Smartsheet functional background, with expertise in Smartsheet features such as conditional formatting, rows and hierarchy, cell linking, sorting and filtering, Automation Workflows, Update Requests, Forms, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Sharing/Export/Import sheets, formulas and calculations, and Project Management Fundamentals.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Smartsheet, Google Sheets, MS Excel, Tableau, and collaborative tools such as Slack and Google Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Sound judgment, effective prioritization skills, ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and navigate ambiguity.
