Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Serve as a backup for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Maintenance Task Verification: Verify the successful completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with work orders, planned vs. actual hours, tools, materials, and safety requirements.
  • Work Order Tracking: Record and track completed work orders, identifying opportunities for improvements or necessary changes.
  • Work Order Status Monitoring: Monitor and report work order status and planned start dates, ensuring timely execution.
  • Maintenance Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and project-related tasks.
  • Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing plant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma or GED required
