Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and apply paint to repaired vehicles, ensuring proper adhesion, color match, and overall appearance.
  • Work with potentially hazardous materials, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Be responsible for all parts assigned to you, developing a system for holding parts until installation.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude, cooperating with managers and fellow teammates in a spirit of teamwork.
  • Inspect painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and compliant work area.
Qualifications:
  • Body Shop and Auto experience highly preferred.
  • 1 Year of experience required.
  • One year certification from college or technical school preferred.
  • Clean and valid Driver's License.
