We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects for our leading construction company based in Essex County, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all onsite activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate construction activities while ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Foreman or Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
