Senior Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for crew members.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Foreman or Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
