Position Overview: Our 4E Medical Surgical unit is in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care. In this role, you will enhance your clinical skills by addressing diverse patient needs, including monitoring health status, assessing pain levels, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in line with established policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Document and assess patient conditions and the effectiveness of interventions.
- Revise care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate care across all disciplines for seamless patient management.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing protocols.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

- Engage in ongoing professional development through formal and informal education.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. Additional certifications may be necessary based on the specific unit of employment.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting is required for acute care roles. Experience in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation, or emergency departments may also be applicable based on the position.
Personal Protective Equipment:
