Job Summary

OmniInclusive is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical control systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and manage facility systems using various computer software programs.
  • Develop and implement electrical control systems, including PLC data collection and display.
  • Solve complex electrical component and input/output device issues.
  • Provide electrical planning assistance for capital projects.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with automation control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems and multiple manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to connect equipment input/output data into facility computer monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70 electrical codes.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with automation control systems.
  • Ability to develop PLC and HMI software programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in statistical process control methodology.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to train electricians and operators on control systems.
