Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized pharmacy program.
  • Active licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Kentucky.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a hospital pharmacist, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
