Job Requirements:

IQ Resource Group is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Plastic Mixing Department Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating roll machines to roll out rubber and lifting and moving heavy bags of ingredients to make rubber. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, willing to train, and able to operate equipment safely. Must be 5'8" tall to operate equipment safely. Pre-employment fit test required. Previous experience in chemical or food/ingredient mixing is a plus. Fluency in English is required. Responsibilities:

Operate roll machines to roll out rubber
Lift and move heavy bags of ingredients to make rubber
Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
Meet production targets and quality standards
Other responsibilities may include:

Working in a fast-paced production environment
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

5'8" tall to operate equipment safely
Fluent in English
Previous experience in chemical or food/ingredient mixing (a plus)
Team-oriented and willing to train
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
