Support Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness to live as independently as possible. Your guidance and support will empower them to develop daily living skills, access community resources, and lead meaningful lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing individualized service plans tailored to each person's unique needs.
  • Provide assistance with personal care, including direct care duties, occasional lifting, medication administration (with training), and documentation.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals by implementing procedures that promote a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist individuals in accessing transportation and reviewing required documentation.

Qualifications
